We liked the location of this property. We were able to walk to restaurants. We liked the staff in the restaurant and at the front desk. They were friendly and helpful. This was a great value.

The room was great, the beds hard and loud. The location of the hotel is incredible! The hotel smelled like weed almost the entire time. The biggest struggle of this vacation was the pool was not available the entire time. We contacted Booking.com for some kind of refund, spending our vacation time on the phone and then had to find and pay for additional activities with our children because the pool was not available. We chose this hotel again because of the great pool and roof top area. Disappointed in Booking.com for not refunding any of this hotel stay.

Everything was great. The only issue was that the heater started making loud noise in the middle of the night. But to be fair, the hotel did offer us another room. They also made an adjustment when we checked out. We would definitely stay there again.

Overall, the hotel was good, except the indoor rooftop pool was closed, and that's the whole reason, I booked this hotel! What a bummer for my family!! The staff were friendly, there were no microwaves or refrigerators in the rooms though, but the front desk will bring you a mini cooler. I like that they have a parking garage connected as well!

The staff were very friendly, one staff in particular, Wallace Pope who went out of his way to always say hi and make us feel comfortable. He gave us some great recommendations for ice cream. The chair in the room was super comfy!
