The location of the hotel is very convenient for what we wanted to see and do while we were in Chicago. The rooftop view is awesome. The gal at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. We felt safe in the area.

We liked the location and food options around it. We loved the outdoor terrace and the indoor pool. The coffee was nice....as long as you got there before 9:00 am. Parking was easy enough to pay for-all digital and in and out access.
